A World in White - with CTMH Wonderland

We've turned the music back on this week at Scrap it With a Song!    Our first challenge of the year is to create a layout, card, or project using a song of your choice  - - one catch, the song must have a 'new year' or 'new beginnings' type theme!

I chose the song New Year's Day by U2 (one of my favourite songs by one of my favourite bands!) My title is a line from the song.

In addition to the Scrap it With a Song challenge for this week, I'm also linking this layout up to the following challenges:
Sketches in Thyme #65
Use it Tuesday - Winter (I used a pack of Thickers I've been hoarding!)
Ribbon Carousel Challenge 35 - Inspiration photo
Paper Cutz #120 - New Year

Materials Used on my layout:
CTMH patterned paper - Wonderland
CTMH cardstock - White Daisy
CTMH ribbon - Designer Blue Ribbon Collection
CTMH licorice opaque gem
AC Thickers
Sharing Memories journal spot
Snowflake - from a Martha Stewart punch

Be sure to stop by the Scrap it with a Song blog & check out the great New Year inspiration from the DT!  You'll have until the end of January to link up your project for the challenge!
